From start to finish, everything was perfect. – anonymous – March 11, 2016
I can’t even begin to explain how quick, easy and painless this was. I had three wisdom teeth pulled. It took less than 5 minutes and there was no pain whatsoever – Seriously! Dr. Mark was extremely nice and the dental assistant who was there could not have been nicer! I was so nervous and as soon as I met her she made me so comfortable and was just a ray of sunshine! – andreat – March 3, 2016
Little waiting time, friendly and efficient, and practically painless. Takes away the fear of going to the dentist. – kennethd – Feb. 24, 2016

SOFT TISSUE MANAGEMENT TO PREVENT PERIODONTAL DISEASE
During your initial examination we will look for common warning signs of periodontal disease and evaluate the condition of the gums, noting any recession, bleeding, or bone loss. We will also evaluate your risk factors for gum disease, such as diabetes, smoking, and the use of certain medications. If you do exhibit signs of gum disease, we will create a customized treatment plan to reduce the infection and reverse the progression of the disease. This hygiene maintenance program is designed to prevent periodontal (gum) disease and treat any existing infections in order to establish good oral health. Unlike other practices that refer you elsewhere for periodontal treatment, County Dental has an experienced periodontist on staff who is available at all of our New York locations.

COSMETIC DENTAL CARE SERVICES
Porcelain veneers are an excellent way for patients to repair chipped, broken, or severely discolored teeth, as well as minor misalignments and gaps. The cosmetic procedure can change the shapes of teeth with natural-looking results.
Natural teeth have a glossy sheen because of the layer of enamel encasing the dentin of the tooth. Veneers can be accurately color-matched to the surrounding teeth surrounding them so that they blend into a smile inconspicuously. Porcelain veneers are placed in at least two dental appointments after the initial consultation.

KEEPING YOUR GUMS HEALTHY
One of our preventative dentistry options is a comprehensive soft tissue management program (STMP). This hygiene maintenance program is designed to prevent periodontal (gum) disease and treat any existing infections in order to establish good oral health. During your initial examination, we will look for common warning signs of periodontal disease and evaluate the condition of the gums, noting any recession, bleeding, or bone loss. We will also evaluate your risk factors for gum disease, such as diabetes, smoking, and the use of certain medications. We create a customized treatment plan to reduce the infection and reverse the progression of the disease.
